"AMAZING service. My wife and I tried this out on a weekend for an early dinner and loved the food. We decided to go back with a group of our friends. We called early in the week to reserve a table and they graciously saved their entire back room for us. When we arrived, there was a specific sporting event that I wanted to watch. They did not have the channel, however the owner/manager ordered it on the spot for us. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Great service combined with good food and drinks, can't be beat. Will be back on a more regular basis."

"This was our 1st time at this location. My husband and i never really had a bad meal at Bandana's. This was a 1st. We both got the pulled pork, like always. One was lunch portion and the other was a dinner portion. I know the cost for everything went up, so we just about quit dining out. So, the cost was a lot higher but the meat was barely lukewarm and it was fatty. Also, you really couldn't see the difference in the meat portions. It will be a while before we go back and will go to our regular location, if we go at all."

"Food was good. A little on the pricey side $30 for 3 people to eat just basic meals) but I guess that's everything these days. We ate inside and the place was empty and thankfully seemed pretty clean. The decorations, lighting and chairs/tables are all nice and high end stuff. Pretty nice for fast food."

"Today this place has 5 groups of people going to my party of 2. As such we were somewhat neglected, but I don't owe the place. It was a situation. The food here is always good. Service is usually very good. I'm going back."

"Super disappointed! We've been here for 5 years and sent friends and family here! Tonight was terrible! It was like the 2 servers in the restaurant were in a fight and we were stuck in the middle! We sat and said the other was our server. He took our job and then literally didn't come to our table. We had to ask the coach after 30 minutes if our queen was ready for us. We asked random employees twice if they could grab our server for us, but our server NIE also came to our table after the request. Then an hour after we order food, we asked if it was ready what we had asked them to leave and come for us. Mine came out cold in the middle. We then asked ourselves to talk to the manager I don't think there was one on the staff because we were asked for the first time that we were told that there was one helper. Then, after he had asked to speak with the manager again, the other server came and pretended to be the manager, but did not take accountability and did not even give a good excuse. He even said they couldn't take my order back in time! Then they seemed to have accused us for children's meals, although children eat free on Tuesday! I would have gone out without this terrible experience, but I didn't want to put a bad example for my children. I'm so disappointed because that was our goal earlier. Not anymore. Don't go here."

"My sister and I live on the north side of St. Charles and decided to review the other side of the city tonight with our adopted big sister. She beat Bemo 's and we were not disappointed least!!! The service was fantastic, friendly and very fast. The food is absolutely to die! (No of us are especially small women, but also not particularly large, but I would sincerely suggest half order if you choose a pasta dish). They're very rich. We both, who did, needed another box. Next came the best treats of the night. We were totally surprised with a live band that I learned later is not regularly on schedule, but it should be absolutely! They were Scott Latham and Karl Holmes. Absolutely phenomenal!!! Scott tickled the ivory 's like no other I' heard in MANY years, and Karl sang songs by Louis Armstrong, The Temptations (all 5 voices by themselves), Prince, and many others and sounded just like the original artists!!! Next time I know that this amazing duo in Bemo 's will be back with several people!!!"
