"We were looking to get some smoked salmon for our biscuit and cheese snack after dinner. We were told that Harris’ sells off-cut packets for $5. On arrival at the shop, the staff welcomed us and took us on a tour of their stock. HUGE RANGE!!! They showed us their off-cut stock and said we could have three for $10!! We got smoked trout, smoked salmon and cooked salmon. Yum!!"
