"Well I hadn 't been to Chili 's in a while because the service has been so poor lately, but decided to give it another chance...big mistake. Long story but overcharged on my food, they did not honor our Chili 's rewards account, and managerJessica was simply atrocious. After arguing with our poor waitress who Jessica kept sending back to our table, we had finallyhad enough and demanded to speak to Jessica. We were told she will be a while as she is on the phone with another customer (probably someone else complaining we assumed). When she finally came over she was zero help, said they had changed Chili 'srewards but had no documentation, and refused to assist. I eat at restaurants often, and have never had to deal with a managerlike that. Do yourself a favor and go to a different restaurant."

"Ordered online and I had to assemble my own queen? as in the literal ones they gave me a queen and put the hell apart? I'm lazy, but it wasn't even close to the closing time. I had several good experiences with other Chipotle sites where eating was always amazing and they assembled my queensadilla right and the sides where they had to be. I will not return to this place at any time as the reviews before me also match the evaluation I have given."

"I can't believe the service that I received today. I eat here at least 3 to 4 times a week, if not more. The one time I send my husband to get my food , the order is messed up. I figured maybe he didn't explain my order correctly. So I called to speak to the manager but he wasn't there so I spoke with a lady. I told her what had happened, and she gave me credit to use at a later date. When I came in to claim and use the credit today, but when I got home, my order was incorrect again! Now, I am frustrated because I have to drive back across town to get it remade. When i tell them it was made wrong again, the lady catches an attitude instead of apologizing for this mishap yet again,all of the workers and manager proceed to go back and forth with me and claim that I'm just wasting their food and gives me a refund just to get me to leave. I then let them know money is not an issue because I love their food, as i said earlier, I have eaten here multiple times a week ever since they first opened. I've never had any issue before with them until now, and I am very upset with how I was talked to today. I always get the same thing when I come, yet I was told they never make it the way i ordered when all I was asking for was for them to make it with Chicken and Steak and Cheese only. without rice or beans inside."

"Eating is excellent a. I ordered 1 steak burrito was $7 something and 2 steak tacos for $7 something. That was great. but then I ordered a big guacamole and a few chips. I was charged $21.00 and got NO chips. I called them to tell them they didn't give me chips and it was said that it was a fee. what? they can go to any Mexican restaurant and pay much less and chips with terrible. to say it to do it. ridiculous!"
