"Excellent customer service. We came early to Hazeldean Mall but this Second Cup was very accommodating and served us our usual excellent cup of coffee and a cookie."

"I am a fan of decor, as it is modern and there are a lot of seats. Staff seem nice and the menu options are pretty good for a café. The food was pretty good and I have to choose my sandwich toppings!"
