"This team is fantastic! I placed a very rushed group order, and the staff could not have been more gracious. When my DoorDash person forgot half of my order (the half with the sandwiches) I called Potbelly back to confirm and spoke to the sweetest employee who had just started working there and did a great job. I stoped in to grab the missing items and was met with a flurry of apologies even though they were not at fault in any way. I also had a hand written note with some coupons tucked into one of my order bags. Truly, the nicest staff and once all was said and done, the food was perfect. Keep doing what you are doing all, you have a wonderful manager and crew!"

"Went in to get food, dining area was extremely messy and so was the kitchen. The pop machine was very gross and uncleaned, and practically out of every kind of drink. This location has historically been very unprofessional, dirty, and unhelpful whenever I go. My chips were extremely stale and all small broken pieces. The lettuce was also warm and visibly old. Overall a horrible experience?"
