"Typically they are good. The food is decent. We usually order online no problem. Last time it hit my bank 2 times for one order that did not go thru. OK that happens but when we called to explain we got charged twice and could not get our order to go thru the woman was clueless and did not know what to do but she was very adamit we were not getting a free pizza. We never asked for a free pizza. We asked for an order or a refund on my bank card. Maybe shewas having a hard night but your employees need to have better control over themselves when issues arise."

"Order delivery for lunch today. My mother said she loved it two years ago. Great! I have the Bratbeefclub. It was delicious, so much food! The frits were still hot, Cole Slaw was good. Talk about it next week to make it lunch again! It was all fantastic!"

"So the menu online was different than the one in store. I was unaware so I ordered the Veg Head pizza with Vegan Mozzarella. In the online description it said it had garlic, tomato, and broccoli. The pizza I received had mushrooms, black olives, and no broccoli. I went back in and the cashier seemed just as confused. She informed me of a new menu/ menu change and quickly made a note of the differences. They made me a new pizza immediately and let me keep the first one free of charge! I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and both pizzas were amazing! Definitely recommend."
