"Please look at all the negative reviews. This place doesn't deserve your business at 1.5 stars. I don't know who owns this place but management is really rude. The courteous gentleman at the front counter was understanding and sympathetic. Great customer service. But management is a mess. They sent him back and forth to give me news about my order being delayed rather than coming up to me and apologizing. I ordered my food at 715 to be prepared by 815. I walked in around 810 and they said I was going to have to wait 15 mins for tenders to be complete. They didn't apologize, didn't give me an alternative, and the managers were running around frantically. Highly unprepared and unprofessional. Again, not sure who owns this place, but they need to check their management. They need to treat their employees better and definitely need to treat the customer better. This place has lost my business unfortunately. I'd rather drive farther to go to another KFC location."

"We received the worst service ever. I normally don't complain but this visit sucked from the moment I entered. No one helped me at the counter. So I used the kiosk. The kiosk prices were higher than the counter prices. The manager didn't know how to operate the kiosk, couldn't give me a refund or cancel thevorder. And she had a poor attitude for someone that didn't know how to operate the equipment in her store. And when all was said and done my order was wrong. I suggest avoiding this store."
