"Simply one of the most delicious steaks I've ever eat. I was here with a friend for dinner. I ordered the beef filet, and my friend ordered entrecote. Bothe steaks were delicious with exactly the way we or-dered them, i.e. medium. Local red wine was good. Stuff is friendly and service is fast. "Erstmal mussten wir gute 20min anstehen, da die überforderte dame an der kasse bei jedem gast vor uns mehrmals nachfragen musste was genau er nochmal wollte. Nachdem wir unser getränk dann endlich hatten und die essensbestellung aufgegeben hatten. Suchten wir einen platz. Wir mussten den tisch erst abräumen. Nach einer weile viel uns auf, dass gäste nach uns in der bestellkollone schon aufgerufen wurden ihr essen abzuholen. Wir gedulden uns noch kurz. Die aussicht ist ja fabelhaft. Nach einer stunde gehen wir dann mal nachfragen. Natürlich hat die gute dame an der kasse den zettel am buffet liegen lassen und unser essen ist noch nicht mal in bearbeitung. Okaayyy.... wir warten also nochmals geschlagene 20min. Endlich ist das essen da. Und die enttäuschung gleich mit. Die super pommes, was auch immer daran super sein soll, es handelt sich um normale tk pommes recht gesalzen. Als beilage ein witz! Es lagen ein paar vereinzelte pommes auf dem teller. Der cheeseburger mit speck besteht aus einem stück tk rindfleischburger nochmal in der friteuse getötet und wenn man bedenkt dass die eine tranche speck satte chf 2.00 gekostet hat, bleibt einem das trockene fleisch fast im hals stecken. Mein partner wird schon rot vor wut, er hat ein schnitzelbrot mit gebratener pouletbrust bestellt, erhalten hat er das original schuhsolenschweineschnitzel. Nun reichts! Ab zum buffet reklamieren. Nützt nichts! Alle so dermassen im stress und kehren einem sofort wieder den rücken zu. Nun verlangen wir die geschäftsführung. Tja, laut aussage der küchencrew ist dieser leider abends nie anwesend. Lieber geschäftsleiter; sie arbeiten im gastgewerbe, da darf man auch abends mal anwesend sein!!! Gerade als wir gehen wollten setzte sich am nebentisch ein österreichisches paar hin. Völlig verdutzt starrten sie die flasche henniez an. Die muss ja unglaublich teuer gewesen sein. Sie zahlten für eine flasche weisswein, ich glaube es war ein fechy, eine portion superpommes mit nuggets und das ominöse wasser satte chf 65.00 ich würde mal behaupten die absolut überforderte dame an der kasse hat sich vertippt. Wir gehen und sind zum entschluss gekommen das hookipa von unser liste zu streichen."
