"Only person in store waiting to pick up phone ordered pizza's and ignored at counter for 5 plus minutes by 2 staff making pizza's.Politely asked them if I could be served and 1 of the staff replied yes and keeps working with no intention to serve.Eventually another staff member walks in followed by another customer. Staff member takes pizza's out of oven , calls other customers name and gives him pizza's and takes his payment.He then continues to take more pizza's out of the oven and I ask again if I can be served. Eventually I recieved my pizza's which had stored waiting for pick up the whole time and had been prepaid.Terrible service, particularly initial 2 staff totally ignoring customers."

"We live nearby and have at least 3 take away pizza bars within a 2 minute drive. Some are wood oven and others like this one are not. El Dorado thankfully has skilled pizza makers that know how to make a good pizza. Making pizza is not rocket science but you wouldn't believe how many pizza bars get it wrong. "I have a few weeks ago an Indian departed from here. was nice. naans are often a problem with Indians out. they colded quickly and they all go diligently. but not from here. each nann was individually packed in alfoil and was still hot. if we have him home. the farewell was so good that we wanted to get a meal in the restaurant. what a good step. we were warmly welcomed and shown on our table. at the time there were only a few in the restaurant, but there was still a warm cozy feeling about it. again eating was great. the cordial greeting is transferred to a warm friendly service. our meal was nice and the bill was very reasonable. thank you."
