"This is the second time I 've had the same issue with this place. I ordered pepperoni on my large pie and got green pepper instead. I called and told them about the mistake and had to drive back for the replacement. The guy behind the counter gave me attitude when I told him that this was the second time and he said well, here you go and put the replacement on the counter. On top of that, the replacement pie was a small. The food is good, but the customer service is very poor."

"Wow! I was so surprised! The pizza and greek salad was delicious. I asked for thin crust and I got it with no problem. Just like pepe's pizza they have lunch special as well. I seen meat balls the size of my fist. New York always makes the best pizza ever."

"We decided to have Jean-Jacques cater a baby shower at our home on December 9. That was the best decision we ever made! The selection of foods included something for every taste. It was delicious and the presentation was inviting and attractive. We received many compliments from our guests. We were lucky to have worked with Cristina, from the catering staff. Cristina was enthusiastic, efficient, easy to work with, and a skilled communicator with excellent follow through. Her recommendations and sound advice as we planned the menu was invaluable. "Owner is awesome. Food is very good a little expensive but hey it is Chappaqua! Service is really really bad. Unfortunately the owner is too nice to crack some heads. Our waitress could not have been more dissinterested. She looked put out if you asked a question and knew nothing about the food. Should I give her slack because it was a busy Saturday? No way. The wait staff could be seen hanging out in the back while I had to go bar to buy drinks for the table TWICE! Emilio you're a nice guy with good food stick to catering."
