"Close to the borax springs of Larderello, we meet this restaurant in a bendy road leading to the Cecina River Valley. It is normally frequented by local workers and just this is a sign that they serve good meals a a very reasonable price. The restaurant is well furnished, clean and relaxing atmosphere, the service quick and accurate. We got excellent home made ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and spinach and dressed with butter and sage, that a good tagliata steak medium cooked and wild boar with olives that is one of the best ever. I got their local red wine that is pretty good indeed and no cakes since we ate too much. Usually there is no need to book for a table, but best do not to risk. Buon appetito"
