"Very good table in the center of daillens. we ate there in the april and I decided to post by reviewing the photos I had made at that time. the kitchen is French inspired, very refined, the dishes are beautifully presented and the service is impeccable. everything we ate was excellent. the price-quality ratio is very good for Switzerland (Start-Main Course dessertdrink for 2 at 100 150 chf). there is the possibility of vegetarian choice for the meal; the building is accessible to people with limited mobility. the free parking spaces with the blue disc are 100m away, near the daillens bus stop on the back of the building. we come back to him occasionally!"

"This restaurant only has seven tables and is part of the main restaurant Le Cerf owned by Carlo Crisci in the same building his signature restaurant The food is very good although our waitress was somewhat sour-faced and contributed very little to the...enjoyment of our meal and we had to wait too long for our main courses to be served. What was surprising is that there is a set menu which is usually not known in advance as one usually needs to book some considerable time beforehand to get a table there. Quite honestly when the menu was presented there was really nothing on it which I would normally have ordered. However the meal was most enjoyable and the prices are fair so it was not an issue however in future we would rather eat in the main restaurant so that there is a decent selection of dishes available. Somehow guests need to know in advance what is on the menu that day or else there should be or options available for each course.!! Definitely worth a visit but be aware of the limited choice at Fleur de Sel.."
