"I stay very close to this establishment basically pass by it multiple times a day, however that's what I will continue to do...Pass By! The customer service is horrible, I took my Neice because she wanted the crawfish, and they were running a special. When we got there we asked the guy taking the order how much are your crawfish today he quoted us the regular price, we replied it says on social media that y'all are running a special, he said I bet you didn't read the fine print. After going back and forth with us, after we showed him the advertisement, long story short he went on to say you can only get that price if you order so many pounds of crawfish, and it's a different number of ponds per day per special. Don't get me wrong the crawfish was good, but I love all crawfish and I would much rather spend my money with people who provide better service. The bad customer service, and I'm gonna get over on you attitude, makes the food less worthwhile. They really need to invest in customer service training for the staff or get a whole new crew, minus the cook- bc he was on point with the crawfish."

"Serendipity brought me to Baytown seafood today where I enjoyed a nice filling lunch for a reasonable price. I had a cup of their seafood gumbo, which was ok, I just wish they had not used so much bouillon for the stock. I also had a lunch platter with 12 pieces of fried shrimp, which were extremely fresh and flavorful, cooked to perfection, if only the condiments (eg tartar sauce) were handmade it would had been so much better. I was also surprised the plate didn’t have lemon to go with it. Nonetheless, I would come back to eat the shrimp again."
