"I used to go here for years and it was always great quality food. There is new management now and ever since the quality has been bad. Bland food. Whats most surprising is the same chefs are still there so it must be a management decision. The other day I popped in and bought a tub of Ben n Jerrys ice cream. When I opened it it had obviously been completely thawed out and re-froze, maybe several times. It was all powdery mush. Anyway I took it back and the owner/manager laughed in my face and made excuses, saying the use by date was still fine. He refused to give me a refund under any circumstances. So yeah don't waste your money on a place like this"

"Attended on monday evening the food had been leftover from the weekend and was dry. It had been clearly reheated and the fruit/vegetables selection and the cream on it had gone all sour meaning it was left out for a long time/old. There was a mouse running underneath the tables with food on (buffet). All of my family found the food disgusting and did not eat anything, we left it all there. I politely asked for a refund but the gentleman refused, which is okay. He refused to provide a receipt, who does that? Then when I quieried him over it and just dry to discuss my complaint, he walked and refused to speak with me. I did not understand what I had done wrong. The restaurant had provided all food with poor hygeiene, even the kids were refusing to eat because it tasted so bad. Man at front desk, old with white beard and bald was extremley rude and was not having a simple conversation with me. As soon as I brought up the issues he was very reluctant to discuss it."
