"They make you feel welcomed when you walk in the door with a “welcome”. Yesterday went by ordered catfish which was delicious. The only thing was waitress must have been new bc couldn’t speak English well and didn’t come by to ask if I needed anything. Which I did I wanted lemons, Tabasco and plastic utensils. Other than that good."

"The bread and blackberry tea is the only reason I still come back here. The food is passable. Steaks that are tough and almost have a flavorless quality, I asked for medium well and got a steak that seemed like it was boiled. Yet somehow managed to be dry lol. They need to do something about the quality of the staple products they sell. It's a steakhouse after all."

"Came for a late lunch. Walked in and it was empty as in NO EMPLOYEES around. Sushi chef came out and told whatever server in the back that someone was here. It all went downhill from there. Ordered the spicy calamari as an app...there was literally TWELVE pieces and you pay $9. My man ordered warm sake and wanted just a cup; he was brought a large bottle and told they don 't serve cups. On top of that the server was confused about warm sake. Sushi came and my order was fine. My boyfriend 's order came messed up which I couldn 't wrap my head around how the cooks can mess that up as there was NOONE there. The professionalism portrayed was atrocious. And that is because the manager was there...lol never coming to this location again."

"I was disappointed because the online pictures look appealing but the place has an incomplete look. There was always a table out of place or a cleaning bucket out. At the patio area there is no signage towards an exit or boundaries and the gardening tools are in plane view. I had a chile relleno which was better than most I've had. My husband had enchiladas which he enjoyed as well. The shocking part for us were the chips that tasted old and bland- it's puzzling that they got the most basic part wrong. The cocktails were very tasty although the bartender looked out of place by what she was wearing. Customer service was ok but doesn't even compare to La Fogata or even a Chik-Fil-A."

"This JIB really takes the fast out of fast food as well as the English. First, they answer the drive through mic in Spanish. I responded in English as that 's my first language and we are indeed in the USA. So, the person tells me just a second. There are NO cars in the drivethrough and no customers inside. I waited about 3 minutes to place my order. I ordered one sandwich only, just the sandwich alone. I was told to pull around by the front entrance after paying. I then waited about 10 more minutes and thought maybe they had forgotten about my order as there were NO CUSTOMERS in the restaurant. I decided to call the store, which a manager answered the phone in Spanish as well. I explained that I had been waiting a little while in drivethrough and needed to leave and that all I couldnsee were workers standing around inside. The person said ok? What are you missing? At that time a gentleman rushed out with my order so no need to continue THAT convo..... I can say the sandwich was good and surprisingly kinda hot, but I think the workers here may need a reminder that we are still in AMERICA and they are working for an AMERICAN FAST FOOD CHAIN. If I go to Taqueria La Mexicana then I expect to be answered in Spanish, but come on, Jack in the Box?!?!"
