Le chef cuisine sur une cuisinière à bois.. Et il le fait admirablement bien.. Une des meilleures cuisine que j'ai mangé dans ma vie.. Velouté d'asperges, salade printanière, raviole aux truffes de la région, escalope de porc à la crème aux champignons et crêpes suzette à la mode du chef... De la première cuillère au dernier coup de fourchette, un plaisir pour le palais.. Même le café, torréfié et moulu devant nos yeux, les vins, et les alcools de fabrication maison furent parfait.. Merci à Heinz, le patron, pour ce moment de pur bonheur.."

"I recently dined at Löwen Grosshöchstetten, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. While I always try to approach my dining experiences with an open mind, I found several aspects of this visit quite disappointing. The service, for one, was notably sluggish. It took a considerable amount of time for my order to be taken, and even longer for the dishes to arrive at the table. While I understand that good food takes time, the delay in both placing the order and the delivery of the food seemed excessive. I opted for the Fitness Plate from the menu, which featured a Tender Horse Sirloin as its centerpiece. Unfortunately, the meal fell far below my expectations. The meat was not prepared to my satisfaction, and its quality did not match the description. It 's disheartening when a dish doesn 't align with its portrayal on the menu. I want to emphasize that, even though my experience was subpar, I appreciate the effort that goes into running a restaurant. It 's evident that there are areas that could benefit from improvement. As someone who enjoys exploring different dining establishments, I believe that constructive feedback is essential for growth. In conclusion, my visit to the Löwen left me feeling disappointed. The delays in service, combined with the underwhelming quality of the meal, detracted from what should have been an enjoyable evening. I hope that my feedback can contribute to the restaurant 's ongoing efforts to enhance the overall dining experience for its patrons."
