"They claim they are organic, but only their beans are organic and their beans are in everything so all over their menu it looks like there are organic ingredients, but it is just the beans! I specifically asked the cook if their tortillas were organic because I did not want to feed GMO corn tortillas to the kids. They assured me they were organic. When I went through their kitchen to use the restroom I saw all of their tortillas stacked on the shelf. None of them were organic or even close, they were all conventional. When I confronted them about it and asked them to bring the pack of organic tortillas that they used for my tacos they could not produce the package. I will never eat there again. I will not be missing much because I have eaten there several times and never been satisfied with the food, but only kept returning because they were the only organic Mexican food in town. The flavor is not at all worth the price and not even organic!"

"I was here a few times and I think it's the worst chipotle I was, and I lived in 6 different states and I'm a chipotle regularly. they are always made of at least one if not several items that I want. They do in the usually only online orders that do not make any sense and is a great annoying for customers. the size of bowls and burritos is about half of what they get on a “normal” chipotle. oh yes, and they do not dewater the water from the mild salsa when it is served, so that their burrito will really muddle quickly. if they want a good burrito, I would go across the river to taqueria jalapenos y pupuseria on ocean st, they are fantastic!"
In nice weather you can even have something in the outdoor area.

"I heard about the hype and thought I?d check it out. It?s great for being in downtown Santa Cruz. Parking was easy. The tacos come packed with meat. The chips are thick. I love a salsa bar but I thought their salsas were a bit too acidic. The spice level was great"

"Here stopped on a business trip and had a regular burrito carnita with rice and bor. tasteless. very simple. was given a teaspoon cup watered salsa. if I had lived in this opposite, that would be my first and last visit in this restaurant. on my photo is the burrito, after I put it on the rice and drilling in a to-go container and pouring a small cup red and green salsa. the only aromas are the weak waters of salsas."
