Hace años que ese lugar está ocupado por un restaurant que cambia de nombre pero mantiene la calidad. En su primer etapa fue El Sirop. El menú actual recuerda mucho al de este antepasado pues es el mismo chef. Es un chef que sabe preparar muy bien las carnes, que reinventa antiguas recetas, que se renueva en detalles.Una entrada nueva es la crème brulée de camebert con jalea de uvas. También han incorporado un risotto delicioso. Vale la pena. Por esa zona es lindo caminar, las calles son agradables igual que sus edificios. Buena lista de vinos. Hay que reservar."
