"Service was horrible. Ate inside and was ignored as I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. Employees walked by and looked at me. Not one responded when I said hello to them. I had to ask multiple times if I can order due to their grimace special not being on the kiosk. Location is filthy and disgusting! The smell at the drink machine was like a dead rat! Not a single clean table. Drink machines had spills everywhere. Trash on tables and under floors. They were overstaffed with several teens walking around showing each other their phones atthe front while ignoring customers. There were 3 workers sitting outside on the hood of a car talking as we walked in. If they are not busy then why not provide a clean place to sit? Entire order messed up. Had to have it remade twice. The apples for kid's meal were rotten. They didn't even check. C'mon managers. Get this location under control."

"Gave all one's because I pay for my food. Was asked to pull up, and waited for 20 minutes. I pulled back and the young lady put her hand up and told me to wait 8/24/23. All I got was my drinks I didn't taste the food, the service was poor along with the atmosphere and still didn't get my money or my food. So I'm writing this on here to let you know owner and GM. Your late-night staff is unprofessional especially that manager where the blue thing in her head that night. Light skin looks like she speak Spanish. I would like my food when I come back up there and something said to that young lady. That was the poorest service I ever had. September 17th 2023 12:30 p.m. Sunday I've called your store ask a speech to a manager one manager got the phone asked what's their name they didn't want to tell me. Another person got on the phone which was another female I asked what their name was she said how can I help you I say first and foremost you can help me by giving me your name she hung the phone up turn right then turn right. Not knowing that corporate was on the phone for customer service for things like this they hung the phone up on me. I came in again and the young lady named swan has done the same thing again and was with Drew customer service this time I got my order but nobody reached out to me about my order I did not get with the rule customer service or my money so therefore I feel like I need to call the police and get a police report for you guys robbing me taking my money and not giving me any product swan. All he has to do is pick up the phone and have a little common Sense courtesy and customer service I don't think you two at that job need that job that two women that's in charge there because this store is poor customer service and doesn't satisfy no customers. I will be up there later on with the police to file a police report for stealing my money and not giving me my product. And shame on the GM for allowing this to happen and if there was the m that picked up the phone all you guys need to be fired and need to be hired more managers in there with courtesy common Sense respectable and know how to. "Its true, THE FOOD was GREAT, but not the cleanest place. Its not disgusting, but, they could mop more frequently, and sweep more thoroughly. The dishes were clean, and the food was good. The WAIT TIME was bearable. They were mindful of it and very nice. Noticeable hard working staff. No slackers on the shift during my visit. And i visited during there peak on Sat morn. Speaking of which, I will reprimand the wait for the most popular item should not have occurred during your peak shift. That just cries bad management and leadership. All you can eat pancakes should be constantly being cooked on Sat morns. 3 stars. Should be 5."

"We ordered dinners via Uber Eats and were delighted with the food! We have the ropa vieja, picadillo and Cuban fajitas, as well as yellow rice, white rice, beans, friend yuca and tostones. Everything was fabulous and parts were huge! I can't wait to eat the remains today. Very recommended."
