"Ordered food from there yesterday and it was very good. It was a carry out order and the order was correct but I think it is unfair to charge for chips and salsa when you get them free if you dine in. I mean it was $9.15 for chips and salsa. I called to question the charge and the girl told me they give them free to paying customers in the restaurant but not to carry out orders. Seems unfair but like I said the food was very good."

"Had an unforgettable experience here yesterday. We were only in a chipotle once, and the women who worked the counter could say we were new to it. The first server was so helpful, she explained our options and described the flavors of meat and salsas I asked what she could suggest and went with her advice. We have to share the chips, salsa and a drink when we went to pay the cashier, as today's your first time food here is your food on us! We were shocked that her random act of goodness really did our day. Our service and our food were both excellent, Portage Chipotle has 2 new fans! Thank you again to the ladies who were so kind to us!"
