"Four of us went out for dinner on a Friday night in late September, We were warmly greeted by a lovely English speaking waitress, and despite not booking, were shown to a very comfy table.We all of us chose to eat from the 17 euro menu, and there certainly was a good choice. Our starters were all different, terrine, goat's cheese salad, oysters and one other thing which eludes me! Then one had fish beautifully presented and served with rice, one had a steak with a choice of sauces, and two of us had moules with a choice of sauces.As for desserts, one had creme brûlée, one had ice cream, one had some sort of cake dish and one was too full to eat another mouthful. The bread basket was replenished the moment it was empty. One could not ask for anything better. A perfect evening out. Thank you to all concerned."

"We were lucky that we had the possibility to go several times to this bistro. You can choose between different menu 's at a reasonable price. Try the excellent Coquilles St. Jacques or Foie gras (home made) with a good glass of wine! A quiet atmosphere, a nice service and an excellent chef de cuisine: those are the ingredients of a wonderful evening."

Aperos for all of us, then trouble choosing what we eached wanted from the lovely menu. So, hot goats cheese and honey salad for two (excellent smoked salmon for one (excellent and a smoked salmon 'pate ' type starter for the fourth. White fish for one, steak for another, moules frites a la creme for the third, and moules frites with rocheford for the fourth....(Truly delicious...... Creme brulee for two, ice cream for two....and of course a gorgeous bottle of wine to go with the meal So no complaints, lovely atmosphere, beautiful views, and a magical evening out with lovely friends."
