"It's always super busy at lunchtime. So try to go right before or right after. The lady who took my order and who worked the cash window was super sweet, bubbly personality and definitely will put a smile on your face. The food is pretty much the same as at any McDonald's you go to. Same with the prices."

"Update: I tried the contact page, only to find out it is a dead end. Thank Starbucks shows how you really care about customers and their concerns.I ordered on the mobile app today… my food was to be ready at 8:38 am. I went in at that time and it wasn’t ready. So there was a guy that was making food without any gloves on. Gosh, I hope he washed his hands. My sandwich was last. I wasn’t standing by counter, not even greeted at this location.. and waiting 10 minutes more. I’m starting to dislike Starbucks and their stupid app that is supposed to make things run smoothly. This location didn’t have nice employees with well manners. The atmosphere is like every other Starbucks. The sandwich was okay. Just really hoping that the guy washed his hands before preparing all of that food this morning.Parking: Have to watch out for the people in the drive thru.. I’ve seen 2 customers almost getting hit because of how crazy people leave. There are no crosswalks to get to the entrance and only one entrance clustered with their outdoor patio."

"It is now 9 o’clock and they hav the front doors closed, they are not not even answering the phone. There’s workers in the store and no one came to the door to even say sorry we’re under staff go through the drive through. Whatever the situation it is the courteous thing to do. The website says they’re open at five. Very disappointing"

"Avoid this location. They can’t get it right. Went yesterday and there wasn’t even flavoring in my coffee. I have spoke to the manager about wrong coffees and he argues with you telling you how you should order the drink so it’s correct. Example he told me I shouldn’t say sugar free vanilla, I have to say unsweetened vanilla.Another time I went for coffee and a sandwich as I was drivingup to the window, I noticed another sandwich got added. I verified as soon as I got to the window and the same manager/owner tells me I should have corrected this as soon as I saw the mistake at the drive thru window."

"Everything always goes smoothly until the Indian lady sees me. Today she handed me my food and then started laughing and talking to where I didn’t understand. N gave me my coffee tasting like water with the whole thing filled with ice. I spend about $20 everyday. Ohhh and forgot my hash browns."

"Update-i stopped in the store to speak with a mgr, who his in the bathroom after another employee informed her that a customer wanted to speak to her. That same employee let me know the owners NEVER come there aren't involved in the day-to-day operations. Since the emails corporate didn't compel them to respond, I'm going to forward everything to IPHD.??????????????????AVOID THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY WILL POISON YOU!!!!!Visited on May 25th it was a horrible decision. First the girl said they don't have strawberries for the banana split, but when she came back, she said they actually did. Well I wish she never found them, because they were spoiled made me sick! Newsflash...strawberries aren't maroon! Thankfully I realized when I took the first bite. ??"
