"Really central position within the old sectiom of the city. Employees are generally kind but often unefficient (if there's a problem whatsoever, solution comes slow, challenging your patience). Every room you visit has some kind of flaw or malfunctioning (poor or not existing hot water, not running wc, telephones spreading a ghostly voice coming from God knows where, and so on). It's not a dungeon but they keep raising the prices while they stopped mantaining the structure in good shape. Overpriced (actually don't think it's worth the 40/60 dollars they charge for a single/double bedroom)"
