"We were seated right away, received initial drink order and placed an order for appetizers, the server did not come back. We had to go up and get our own straws from the bar. We asked another server if she could get our waitress as we had been there 45 minutes and had not received our appetizers and were completely out if drinks. She said she would be with us. We saw our server at the bar having conversations with other customers and tending the bar. We waved at her she saw us and ignored us. The manager finally came to our table as we requested another server. He told us she never put in our order. We wanted to leave. He said he would get our appetizers. An hour after being seated they brought the apps. A pretzel and wurst. Nothing impressive. We just asked for the check which they had billed us for the full meal. They took off what we never received and we paid and left. We saw three other tables leave frustrated without eating either. The only reason they got another star was because the manager did try but did not comp not even the pretzel for inconvenience and horrendous service. Or original server did not seem like she cared about the tables she was waiting on, only the bar. I felt terrible because this was for my husband on father's day and they ruined his dinner. We got take out at Hard Eight where we should have gone in the first place. So much for trying someplace new. I will never return and will not be surprised if they are out of business soon."

"They didn’t give me gravy with my chicken fried steak and eggs so had to make another trip up there. No apology offered. Hash browns were raw. Steak was tasteless. Even my wife’s bacon was bad which I didn’t even think was possible before today."

"My wife and I ordered 2 seven peice tender meals and they both only had 5 tenders when we got home. I blame myself for not checking before driving away?I didn?t realize it was so hard to count to seven for adults anyway. The manager asked if I wanted to return to get two thenders?who wants to drive back over two tenders. The young man at the counter was very friendly and polite. Wont be returning"
