"It is regrettable that a hotel in this category has such a deplorable restaurant service. The deal just arrived made us feel like we're in a highway bar. We asked for a table outside and instead of telling us that we had to wait 5 minutes to sit directly they told us it was not possible. Once inside, we had to ask the maitre to change the waitress because it was being rude and rude. To this his answer was that he was the most sympathetic waitress in the restaurant (after seeing the rest, I have to say he was right).
