"At first sight, it is the same old brewery restaurant, but it is when you go eat there that you realize how much of a different place this has become.Up to 5 years ago I used to be a regular guest and bring friends and colleagues to enjoy this pleasant place, where nicely prepare comfort food and several different cordon bleus were prepared nicely, consistently good and at a reasonable price.5 years ago I went again after different ownership/management took it over and already saw major differences. Smaller menu and feeble taste (but higher prices).Last Sunday my wife and I decided to try it again, only to be confirmed in our previous judgment.Major disappointment.If you want to have nice cordon bleus, there are many better places nowadays.Only 5 years ago this was THE place for cordon bleus!What a pity."

"This restaurant is part of a hotel. i only had dinner, but a friend of mine was staying at the hotel, and hw was pleased.the menu had a large variety of swiss specialities, but amongst all, the speck rösti was specially good. meant was also good. i missed some hunting specialities, since we were at the very high hunting season, but it was not the case.the desserts were also good. i recommend the vermicelles.the service was very polite and professional. besides of the waitress, the owner herself and the cook wanted to hear about our impressions.price was a bit on the high side, even for seiss standards, bearing in mind that menzingen is a village near zug were prices should not reach zug ones for a similar restaurant level.i will probably return."
