"Ay, caramba. Wowzer. Not really sure where to start here. First, a few words to set the scene. Came here with my family on the final day of what has been a superb visit to Kitzbuhel. Great skiing and lots of wonderful food over the...past few days and we thought, what better to top it all off than a bit of hedonism. After doing a bit of research and reading a few reviews online we thought where better to go to satisfy this urge for digestible debauchery than 1st Lobster. Not only was it rated as the 5th best restaurant in Kitzbuhel, but it’s very name reeked of indulgence and class. I’m here to set the record straight. Firstly, they don’t serve cocktails. As we had enjoyed cocktails-a-plenty during our short break, this was was reasonably insignificant to us. But it’s worth being aware of if considering a visit. Secondly, the warmth you expect from staff at any restaurant that markets and prices themselves out of your regular restaurant goers wallet, simply didn’t exist. And thirdly, and this really was the cherry on the icing of the proverbial butt cake, (and please do picture our faces when they told us this), THEY HAD NO BLEEDIN’ LOBSTER! Need I say anymore? We left swiftly after finishing our sub par steaks and are now ennroute to drown our sorrows in a McFlurry. Would not recommend."

"I went to this place a few years back when it was under different ownership. What a fabulous change the new proprietor brought! Welcoming, chatty, etc. The menu was fantastic - basic stuff like pizza if you wanted, but then very reasonably priced dishes that came wonderfully presented. The kitchen really takes pride in what it produces. It is an unassuming place from the outside, and quite small, but worth a try for something a little more unusual."
If you want to a cocktail after work and hang out with friends, S'Kitz Restaurant from Politischer Bezirk Kitzbuhel is a good bar, You shouldn't miss the opportunity to try the delicate pizza, baked straight out of the oven in an original manner.

"Unfortunately our experience at the restaurant was marred by the waiter struggling with a sleeping child in a stroller. Despite the fact that it wasn 't particularly crowded during lunchtime , the waiter didn 't allow us to take the stroller inside. His statement was: The car stays outside . This has resulted in our not being able to dine in the restaurant. It would have been desirable if a more customer-friendly solution had been found. Service: 1"

"No doubt the quality of the food is good here. While sitting in a cosy area both the sashimi and the spicy soup are served well. No surprises however. Main course being the Australian shrimps in vegetable rice is good as well but not beyond expectation. Care and attention is well arranged but as the restaurant got packed waiting time becomes longer. Quality of the wine is fair. Being there with two kids makes a good food choice quite a challenge since exotic. The creme brûlée however is a big hit! Considering the overall the food is good but the overall experience slightly overpriced!"
