"This used to be one of my favourite Thai places in the west and we would come here at least once every two weeks. However, lately I have been very disappointed both with the service and the food. Firstly, we waiting a very long time even to get a menu and once we had ordered, the foods took a very long time to arrive at the table. I understand that the kitchen sometimes is under pressure and the wait can be longer than expected, but in those circumstances, the staff should be letting the customers know of the progress, not just leaving them to wonder. When I say a long time, I am talking in excess of 45 minutes, which is quite a long time to wait for a basic Thai curry. Once the food arrived, the chicken was tough and lacked some of the panache, we have gotten accustomed to from Yim Yams. The last few dining experiences have been similar and it leads me to the conclusion that the restaurant possibly has had a chance of owner or management. Bring back the old Yim Yam!!!"
