"9:25? so hungry 9:27- look up Chipotle. They say open till 10. 9:33- in truck driving to Chipotle 9:43?parking at Chipotle Brooklyn Center 9:45-at counter ready to order my Chipotle WAIT NO FOOD! ITS ALL PACKED UP AND PUT AWAY! BUT IM SO HUNGRY! ITS ONLY 9:45! CHIPOTLE IS SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN TILL 10PM! 9:45- walked out the door and almost bumped into the next hungry customer soon to be disappointed."

"Absolutely terrible. No chicken at 4pm. Guac had avacado skin chunks in it. The girl making the tacos had no idea what went on each taco. The other 3 people in the back were having a great time. Being loud. The store is dirty."

"If I could zero stars I WOULD. I?ve been going to this chipotle faithfully about 3-4x a week, don?t judge me. I used to really enjoy this location due to a few workers that have been there?s for years and always give great customer service. Sometimes I have a few issues but easily FIXED. However tonight was my LAST straw with this location as a whole. There has been MULTIPLE times where I?ve went to get food one hour or two before closing and they stopped cooking their food. They will say ? oh this is being saved for online ? and I?ll settle for something else. This night they wanted me to eat brown rice because they?re saving the white rice for online and I said I don?t eat brown rice can I just order some now. He then told me ? no ? I said ? so if I don?t want the brown rice I just can?t get any rice ? and he said yes basically. So I left, I feel so undervalued as a loyal customer. I also feel that it wouldn?t had made a difference if I stood there and ordered my food online or if he made my food during the line. The closing time is 10 pm there?s no reason it should be closing down the way it does and it?s still open for business. They refused my service and I will not be coming back to this location."

"The food was mediocre the shrimp cocktail tasted like nothing. I ordered a coke and the server brought me a canned coke so I asked if they had fountain coke (knowing they do) and she told me “no” but it was clear based of the other tables they do then she went on to tell me that because she already rung it in she can’t remove it. I get that 3.99 for a can of coke makes more sense to them but I would have liked to know that she was going to choose that for me. The food took long to come out and when it did there was hardly any flavor to anything needless to say we won’t be back. I know management maybe doesn’t like to void rung in items but I would have bought another drink given the chance."
