"City, Just want to say everyone has experienced poor customer service since the pandemic due to short staffing... however this was some young black men that I’m so proud of gave me a true premium customer experience. I tried to contact the manager on-site but I know everyone is short staffed and busy. Please someone grab this talent because it doesn’t grow on trees."

"I had lunch in this restaurant two hours ago. I said I wouldn't recommend the restaurant if this catastrophic medium was finally over. customer support was an absolute failure when I entered the restaurant until I left. the manager took my drink order and was frustrated when I didn't know they weren't serving alcohol. this was, although behind the bar bottle liqueur displayed. he did the mere minimum to pour the design beer that I ordered and brought my escape. He never returned to check me out. I finally stood at the bar to get someone's recognition while a waiter laughing in sidebars and service at the only other bar party (which seemed to be more welcome than me.) I would have enjoyed a regular glass water, serviette or another drink. in the regular, passionate food service professionals expect their diverse needs and exceed expectations! when I talked to the manager about my experience, he constantly interrupted me and didn't try to understand or hear my hardships. he left every opportunity for a remedy pass by and was only defensiw, rude. he scrubbed his shoulders and said: I'm sorry to keep minimizing myself and the extremely bad experience that was demarcated above. there were only four partys throughout the restaurant, including me, who I felt was ideal to make sure that I had left at least one positive interaction/impression before. there is no possibility that I will ever eat there again; I only hope that this review encourages the manager and the employees to invest in evidence-based training: fulfilling the needs of customers, efficiency and conflict resolution. look at the pictures I have included. they are insulting in nature and only show how the restaurant joys at women are topless and men are straight."
