"Clean and comfortable room with usual tea and coffee making facilities, plus a coffee pod machine and microwave oven. Complimentary home made biscuits were a nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower, and its location and access are excellent. Would recommend to other couples looking for a place to stay in Lakes Entrance."

"We visited on the weekend for scones and a Hot chocolate. The ambience was relaxed and the smell of coffee and chocolates was delicious! When the scones arrived they were under baked and like eating raw dough, when I suggested they needed to cook until golden, I got told that's how the chef cooks them. The hot chocolate was Luke warm and a bit disappointing. Even though the view of Lakes is beautiful, I won't be back."

"We dined here two nights and had breakfast on two mornings. The restaurant is located in front of the Bellevue where we staying so it was convenient for wintry nights dining! We enjoyed a $10 cocktail during happy hour before a delicious meal. The menu offered a selection from local fish to pasta or steak with specials each night. Unfortunately on both nights some of the listed selections were not available. Wine list was good and staff were able to recommend a wine to complement the meal.Breakfast was also very good and all meals were fresh and tasty.Restaurant is opened for lunch as well"

"We stopped here on our way south. Its virtually the first spot as you enter Lakes Entrance from the north. Lovely tables and seats opposite for water views - but you can eat in too. We got the usual - fish and chips and drinks. Well priced and plenty of chips. Fish was tasty and well priced. Owners very helpful and staff happy and friendly.It is a café so don't expect silver service - but great for the kids and for takeaway too. Plenty of tables if you want to eat in. Service was fast enough and food very good.Burgers looked very nice. Parking directly across the road. Tip - maybe buy takeaway and eat over near the water - depending on weather - but you will get free-loaders - seagulls - who will want to join the feast.Well worth a visit."
