"Ive found heaven with Lalitos Taqueria, best Mexican food in Eugene that Ive tried. I got adventurous and tried the Quesabirra Taco plate with chips and salsa, which was outstanding. Their salsa is the best Ive had in decades and the chips were freshly made, not out of a plastic bag. Ill be back for sure."

"I go to chipotle once a week, have for years. Not anymore. Found a giant long brown hair in my quesadilla, I bit into it and the hair was in my mouth and still melted to the cheese in the quesadilla, so disgusting. Contacted customer service and they asked for the receipt info, never heard back till I emailed them 3 weeks later and asked if it was going to be resolved? They quickly responded and gave me a free entree that expired in 2 days, then we got the big snow/ice storm so I was never able to use it. Worst customer service and employees who just don't care. They're constantly out of stuff too."

"Food was good, customer service lack in ng a bit. Would of liked a box or a refill without having to wave someone down, usually though they are top notch in it so I'm guessing it just wasn't a good day for our server. Will not let it stop me from coming back."
