"I placed my order with a crew member who had absolutely no customer skills. No welcome. No thank you.I placed my order at 12:12 PM. At 12:30 I asked the Manager who was handing out food what happened to my order I 'd been waiting almost twenty minutes, and now my number no longer showed on the screen. His response: Well I have 10 people here. That 's all I can do.He put my order together and handed it to me with a half hearted: Sorry about the wait. I said: Over 20 minutes to get food in a fast food place is horrible service. He responded sarcastically: "We appreciate you. "The dining room was a mess. Dirty tables everywhere. With all of that waiting, you 'd expect the food to be fresh. Nope. The hamburgers and chicken nuggets were room temperature.Of course, with a manager that cares about his customers as little as this one, how could you expect any of the crew to care about what they are doing.Awful experience made worse by an uncaring middle aged manager (not a kid).Kid friendliness: They have a jungle gym"

"WORST PLACE EVER. I ordered my food online and online they posted the would be $6.15. When I picked up my food, I was told that it would be $9.80, and the order included a drink that I did not order. The person who brought me out my food(you are not allowed inside the place) pointed to a handwritten sign on a paper bag that said Prices may be adjusted due to food shortages ...how hard is it to change menu prices online??? And the food was horrible and did not include"

"This place is great! We usually don't go for lunch because I worked in a delicacies dinner for years. But we decided this time. It was a 7-minute walk from South Carolina's Aquarium. We came a little after lunch so they were not really busy. We ordered Dixie Darling, Chicken Cranberry and a grilled cheese sandwich for our 5 years. The sandwiches were so delicious. We also have their chocolate chips cookie and Lemon Blueberry cookie (whaaatt?? And they were also delicious. They were very generous with the chocolate chips and the lemon blueberry cookie was so soft. We definitely recommend this place when you are near Downtown Charleston."

"Placed an order through DoorDash. The food was bare minimum edible, so I doubt I will order again. The Philly cheese was completely dried out, felt like I was eating pure ground meat and there was very little, I mean like a minuscule amount of cheese and onions. Thus it was VERY dry and not the least bit moist. To compound matters further, I specifically requested extra onions for the Philly, extra blue cheese crumbles for the salad, and extra cheese for the French onion soup. I would have gladly paid extra if they had an option for such things. In either case there is nothing more frustrating or aggravating than a restaurant that has an option for added and or special requests and then proceeds to totally and completely ignore it as if you never asked for it. Suffice to say, there was less than even the normal amount of onions for the Philly, a dab of cheese for the soup, and normal crumbles, not extra for sure! I mean come on guys, do you care about your customers or don?t you??? Never ceases to amaze me how hurt the economy is and how hard it is for businesses to make good money and yet you have a place like this that not only doesn?t put forth extra effort, they won?t even put forth a normal expected effort. The shepherds pie was good and the wedge salad was good, but I can?t afford to play hit or miss and flip a coin as to what item will taste good or bad. Oh well, that?s how you get a negative review and a lost customer."

"Very nice selection of vegan dishes. We tried the cauliflower wings, the burger, the basic bowl, and the rice pudding. All very good, particularly the home made vegan burger (the beets worked better than I expected) and the basic bowl. Also an innovative cocktail menu. We sat at the bar and the barman was excellent however we had a collection of used plates piling up that went unnoticed until we left. As it wasn't that busy, I think someone could have taken the initiative and cleaned up."
