"If you are looking for a restaurant that has a hostile environment then this is the place for you. After finding a table and sitting down we thought that we would catch the waitress eye and order some food. Well she looked in our direction...on separate occasions each time we were ignored well it might have been that she was busy. She returned to the till area where I approached and in my most polite manner asked if we could eat. She gave me a stout no and walked off. I thought that i would again try again just in case I came across wrong. This time however I got a wave away and a stout no. Well i thought that they may be closing so asked if there was anywhere that we could eat locally. This time no reply was needed because she walked off. On the plus side if you like to smoke while eating they certainly try to encourage you with their extra large ash trays. I cannot comment about the rooms or food."

When the weather is pleasant you can also have something outside.

"We stopped here for lunch during our skiing holiday. The location and atmosphere were beautiful and it is a typical Austrian mountain restaurant. It is beautifully small and traditional compared to some of the hectic huge mountain restaurants in the area. We had local sausages and sauerkraut, which was excellent and shepherds (which it turns out is basically rigatoni with bolognese sauce), which was OK but nothing special and came with much non-freshly rubbed parmesan that is not great. The service was very slow as the restaurant was not very busy."

The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and be served in pleasant weather, and there is no-charge WLAN.

"The restaurant is located not far from the Serfaus' centre - if you go from the lifts, at the Central stop of the underground tram only turn to the right street and walk another 300 meters. The hotel and restaurant building is quite stylish - but it is nothing compared to the interior comprising typical tirolean drawings, hunter trophies etc. It is obvious that it has been recently completely renovated, so any patina is missing. But the style is good to feel there pleasantly.We opted to order local specialities, spetzle with mountain cheese and beef in "tiroler art". Both meals were delicious and nicely served. We also took weizen (wheat) beer and were satisfied.Our waitress was very pleasing and attentive, but we noticed that the manager was nervous and a bit rude to the waitresses and waiters.Generally, I would recommend the restaurant, especially for the dinner which seems to be a good value for the money."
