"I have to agree with some of the recent reviews, the customer service is appalling. I waited an hour for a delivery (Uber explains the delay was the restaurant) to be delivered the wrong Kebab. Also sauce and chilli peppers were missing. I went back to the restaurant and got greeted by a short chef who accused me of shouting and told me to keep my voice down! He kept saying it’s busy! My voice was not raised but I was simply trying to speak through a face mask with a queue of customers around me. I have worked front-line with members of public for 17 years and never in my service have I been accused of being rude or loud or received a complaint. I feel the staff should take a long look at themselves. Instead of the member of staff correcting my order he looked though his paperwork and said he made the right kebab, even though it’s not what I ordered. I was not going to eat what I received as I did not like it… that’s why I didn’t order it in the first place! I LEFT THE RESTAURANT WITHOUT MY KEBAB OR THE MONEY I HAD PAID! Avoid or face disappointment."

"When I was a student I came here regularly I decided to return to buy a few nass burgersAnd chicken nuggets for myself and my partner I live in North London and I knew that I would have to part warm the food again due...to the distance on buying a takeaway in Hounslow I got home and my partner was extremely excited that I bought nuggets and burgers back for us to enjoy The burgers were actually not bad, they could’ve done with the mayonnaise being spread evenly and the chilli sauce being spread evenly The nuggets were horrendous. They were pretty much fully battered and no chicken and to top it off the person serving me only putThe ready-made chilli sauce This is her renders that I was given ready made chilli sauce to go with the nuggets and one phoning him he told me that the shop made chilli sauce would be an extra This is ridiculous charging a customer for shop made chilli sauce add I told Farooq in the shop to ask the owner or his daughter who both know me to call me to discuss this matter I am yet to have a call and I am so angry that I spent on a takeaway meal which just was not fit for purpose I have to be honest I have to write this place now as negative as I will never return Uncle Naz you have lost a very loyal customer"

"We've been ordering food from this place for about a year. I ordered 4 donators with chips/rice today and we find my order missing the rice. I called and asked me to talk to the manager, and he called me a lügner. he asked me to swear that there is no tear and if I did, he says he will bring it later after he has finished everything else! then he'll put my phone on. After my sister spoke to him, he says that he has in every case grasped the rice, so that he will please us by giving one part of the rice and bringing him to all others.
