"Es sollte ein schnelles Käffle beim Einkaufen werden. Es wurde dann aber leider ein ziemliches Ärgernis. Nachdem im recht gut gefüllten Mocca der junge, noch etwas unsichere Kellner bereits zum dritten Mal mit zwei Bestellungen für andere Tische an uns vorbei geschwankt und wieder zurück gekehrt ist, wagt es meine Frau, ihm etwas deutlicher, ihren Wunsch nach zwei Cappuccini nahezubringen. Doch er geht wortlos weiter. Zwischendurch habe ich es auch schon einmal vergebens direkt an der Theke probiert. Als wir dann gemeinsam sitzen, hören wir den Chef des Kaffees zu seinem Angestellten laut genug sagen: "Es ist mir scheißegal, ob die jetzt warten müssen, ich lasse mich nicht stressen" . Und wirklich, beide lassen uns jetzt ganz bewusst warten, krümmen keinen Finger, nehmen keine Bestellung entgegen.Solange, bis wir aufstehen und gehen - was wohl mit der kindischen Verweigerungsaktion auch beabsichtigt war. Unprofessioneller geht's nimmer. Ein freundliches Signal, dass der Kaffee/die Bestellung noch auf sich warten lässt, weil die Bude grad rappelvoll ist - das wäre die erwartbare Reaktion gewesen - auch an einem Montag morgen. Wir hoffen mal fürs Mocca, dass der Laden es sich wirklich leisten kann, seine Gäste in dieser Art zu behandeln. Wir haben jedenfalls anschließend noch an anderer Stelle einen wunderbaren Cappuccino genossen - mit einem Strahlelächeln serviert."
