"I like chuys and eat. this place unfortunately has much to wish. I should have known that there would be a problem when we were sitting, we saw the server on the table next to us that we had a talk with the hospitable at this table. at one point we were ready to order and we wait while they decided to have a place at the table with this hospitable and have a full conversation. we finally have our order to place and the food was excellent, but the service was less than stellar. I believe in chuys as a brand and the food back that needs above, but this place needs definitiw improvement. I wonder if the server picked up the fact that I was irritated with all the experience because it seemed to end when the harm was already done"

"I eat here at least once a week because the food is consistently good. I like to order in the app and my food is ready when I arrive. This location is convenient for me and is clean. I’ve had both their vegetarian options and also the chicken and both are equally as good. I usually get a burrito bowl, but sometimes I’ll have a burrito or even the tacos. "Black lady doing to-go orders on 04/17/23 around 4:10pm was extremely rude and does not look like she wants to work there, she should be fired then. I went to pick up my to-go order and she did not even greet me or ask what I needed, she just stared at me with a mean look as if she was waiting for me to say something. Next, I did not know she put my drink cup in the bag and I told her my order comes with a drink and she rudely told me “well if you look inside your bag you will see the cup” as if I was supposed to know that already? Very rude and unwelcoming, that lady needs to either be fired or learn some customer service skills."
