"As regular customers at Fu Lu Shou we were very disappointed on our last visit. We placed our drink order and up until then everything was fine. We then ordered our food. I received my shrimp in a timely manner but from then on it went downhill. The rest of our food did not arrive and my daughter was very hungry. When we finally asked they told us that they had mixed up our order and then told us we should have said that we wanted all our food at once. We found this very strange because we did not order a lot of food as there was only three of us and our experience is when going to a Chinese Restaurant to share the dishes with everyone at the table. The waitress kept making excuses that the kitchen was disorganized and its a Saturday Night plus we should have requested our food all at once. We had a similar experience a while back with our food not arriving and we stopped coming but the food is really good and we decided to give it another try. I did not even order the fried ice cream for dessert because I was so disappointed. I paid the bill and at the time I did not question the amount as I know it is expensive. However the next day I noticed that I was over charged for the coperti or cover charge. The cover charge is 3 Euro per person and it should have been 9 Euro however we were charged 27 Euro for 9 people. I blame myself for this as I should have checked the bill immediately but I did not. The food is very good but I feel when the restaurant gets busy as it is very big they get overwhelmed and simply cannot handle and lack organization. Sadly we will not be going to Fu Lu Shou ever again."
