"Best sushi I’ve had for a long time! I traveled through the west of the US and Wochenende stopped here. Especially liked the low content of rice and lots of filling. This way you could eat more and wouldn’t feel like you ate too much. Service was exceptional contrary to the bad ratings."
With a lot of freshly harvested vegetables, fish and meat, the Kabuto Sushi from St. George prepares healthy, fine Japanese menus, fine particularly are the Sashimi and specialties like Sashimi that this restaurant is known for. Dishes are prepared authentically in the Asian style, The inventive fusion of different meals with fresh and partially daring ingredients is highly valued by the visitors - a good example of Asian Fusion.

"Was excited to find this place with high rating. We should have turned around when we met the greeters.. poor first unprofessional impression.. Food was ok. The curry wantons was a nice surprise and yummy. The spring rolls could be better. The peanut sauce was more hoisin than peanut. ...but that's our preference. Orange chicken was orange chicken. Hubby chose this dish to avoid the ubiquitous red and green bell peppers that seem to permeate a lot of American Thai restaurants. Something we did not see in Thailand. I had the Chirashi sashimi bowl. It was basic and I ve had better. The service.... Our water glasses were slammed down our table. No offers to refill our drinks had to ask for chopsticks and starter miso soup. Which is why soup came tepid and tasted like it was an instant mix. On plus the sashimi tasted fine. Layout of dining area galley style so one feels like sitting in a tunnel. Close sitting areas so close we can hear and understand the conference call the party next to us. Wouldn't come back. Ovepriced for how everything is presented."
The restaurant also offers its customers a catering service, meals from Thailand are prepared here with the popular spices and (fish-) sauces. Undoubtedly, the highlight of this restaurant is the delightful Sushi such as Maki and Sashimi.

"Me and my friend went here because we were excited to have buffet style noodles. It was amazing! We were both super hungry and ended up taking multiple trips back. The chefs are super cool and the waitress was very nice! If I had the money, I would only eat at HuHot.Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, I really enjoyed the build your own bowl option. I could get noodles, carrots, cabbage, and bean sprouts (though they also have many more vegetables to choose from).Kid-friendliness: Some kids may require assistance to build their bowl, but other than that, it is a completely kid-friendly restaurant. It's even spaced out pretty well, so a loud child would cause less trouble to other patrons.Parking: HuHot is in a strip mall and there is parking along the entire strip mall.Dietary restrictions: They have many different options for sauces, noodles, vegetables, and meats. The only issue could be cross contamination due to the buffet style."

"Waitress Michelle made us a very good job because she was the only waiter. Chicken Pad Thai was a little strange tasting. The mild was a little spicy surprising, but in a good way, so if you don't like heat, I would be less than that when they ask. Mango sticky rice was pretty good, but came with a lot of mango unlike rice, which was unfortunately, as this was the best part. The Playboy roll lacked the taste I thought it had, but was filled and satisfying. Their classic caterpillar role was very good and the best part of our meal. The miso soup was also very delicious, but lukewarm came. Michelle brought us a fresh second bowl that was great. Place was very clean, quiet and relaxing with the music. In any case, would recommend."
