"Mauvaise expérience pour cette première et dernière visite à l'Authentique qui porte si mal son nom.Certes la vitrine est attrayante et l'endroit se veut bistro à la française, mais la carte est bizarre et on a du mal à voir le style de cuisine ..et pour cause La serveuse nous déclare que l'endroit ne propose pas de vin et nous raconte une histoire de licence pas obtenue ; on se moque du client ...si le samossa au chèvre est , l'accompagnement de salade en sachet et de vinaigrette industrielle est vraiment bas de gamme, on se croirait dans une cantine..Le plat principal arrive froid , , hamburger au foie gras : pas bon en effet le pain bun est rassi et industriel, la sauce est froide, la viande, décongelée est archi cuite alors que commandée saignante, les frites mal cuites sont molles ...la sauce promise n'est pas servie ... scandaleux pour un burger à 20 eurosj'ai renvoyé mon plat , il est revenu à peine plus chaud ..pour les autres convives, c' est à peine mieux le magret, portion minimaliste est archi cuit, le gratin dauphinois a des airs de surgelés ..quand on pense que la carte affiche " "les produits sont fait maison" quel mensonge seule la tartiflette s'en sort bien...Y a t'il un chef en cuisine, on se le demande ..A fuir ...."
