"I hate to lift a star because people here were engaged and engaged. I had some interesting conversations. Unfortunately, the coffee (I drink dark roasts, no sugar or cream) was not on the usual Starbucks quality. I'm going for the consistent taste and the body, and the few times I stopped here were just not there. I stopped a few bad days; or maybe they just need some attention to cleaning the coffee brewer, I don't know. I hope they find out, because as I said, people are great."

"Initially, the experience was wonderful as normal. The Baristas were timely, and there was no real wait before receiving our order. Upon driving home, 15 minutes later, I realize that the order was incorrect. The drinks were made incorrectly and did not taste good at all. I was not upset at all, but now a bit rushed to make it to an event on time. Had I not spent $35 there, I would have just dealt with it \n nThe problem started upon returning. The cashier was friendly and put the order in as a remake. I patiently waited about 5 minutes as I watched all other orders being made but mine. I asked the cashier what name my order was under and she explained it was under remake. I waited another 5 minutes and asked again how the order was coming along. All other orders were still being made except for mine. The cashier then explained to a Barista named Madison my situation. This is where the problem began. Madison was extremely rude and blurted very out loud that that was my problem, not hers. I heard this from 15 feet away \n nI have NEVER felt disrespected like that by any Starbucks employee. I was not rude or impatient, yet she felt the need to be. Madison is extremely lucky I was able to hold my composure, because had my wife or daughters been with me, it would have been an entirely different situation \n nI will be contacting corporate, and taking this as far as I can so that Madison understands that that's not how you treat anyone, much less a paying customer. I was never, ever Disrespectful or rude, therefore her response was totally uncalled for \n nAwaiting a response from management."

"Thai red milk tea is good and even chocolate milk tea. Although, some boba are half cooked.The first impression when my relatives and I came inside is that the interior and ambiance is not inviting and appealing. Need more comfy chairs for customers who wanted to hangout inside.Customer service is okay.The Teatime at Webster is still the best boba shop so far in this area."

"It was my first time i ever got a pumpkin spice latte and i didn't like it much, so ellie gave me another drink for free even though she didn't have to. she went out of her way to make sure i was satisfied and was very sweet. i really appreciated her helping me out, and will definitely come back"
