"The rudest restaurant ever. We are a very friendly family and I brought my visiting parents to see the Grottos. This Oaf of a man was extremely rude and told us to wait to be seated. We were fine with that. The restaurant was completely empty, probably because it was a very hot day degrees outside. After minutes we asked if we could sit down because we have elderly parents. He reluctantly seated us next to the toilet and ignored us. I have never left a restaurant because of a rude waiter. Never going back."

"A Disappointing Stay Amidst High Hopes We were filled with excitement for our weekend stay at the chateau, but our experience fell drastically short of expectations. Our encounter started on a negative note, where the receptionist was extremely rude during our inquiry about the on-site dining options, to the point of raising his voice and telling us to 'get out. ' With two expectant mothers in our group, a lack of basic amenities like hot water further ruined our stay. Our discomfort escalated when we discovered cockroaches in our room—a clear lapse in cleanliness and hygiene. Despite prior communication, our dietary preferences were completely disregarded, which left us scrambling for suitable meal alternatives. This was a far cry from the hospitable and accommodating experience we were anticipating. Unfortunately, based on our awful stay, I find it hard to recommend this chateau for a serene and enjoyable weekend getaway. Extremely Upsetting!!"
