"My family stayed here to celebrate my graduation from college. We loved hanging out by the beach and had a wonderful time staying here for the weekend. The property is nice. The rooms are cozy and very clean. I liked that they also had all the supplies that you need in case you forget some thing from cleaning supplies, dishes, microwave, stove, full fridge, coffee pots and everything. The staff was great too. Staff member Laurie was so kind and helpful specifically. She went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed and made sure we were comfortable the entire stay. Definitely would come back again and recommend to others."

"The pancake house waiting staff is always super friendly, knows a lot about their menu and is very fast with your order. This time I tried the green eggs and Ham! Oh, my wow! It's amazing like all the other delicious dishes. If your fan is Bloody Mary's, you must have it. It is a perfect mix that goes down smooth hahahaha. All their pancakes are amazing especially the Nutella and Cinnamon pancakes. There is never a waiting for placement and sitting outside yet under a roof is nice on the hot days. You even have buckets of White Claws lol You must definitely be in, it will be good, Gauranteed! In any case, go to the beach and go from some of these carbs while you enjoy a sunrise or just a beautiful view in general."

"This restaurant should not be on the open table at this time as it is a seasonal location. I made the reservation and was not aware of it. there was an activated night in the opposite, as there were several events at the casino and there were not many options. we had to find a place to eat after we were all hired here. very disappointed."

"Decided to have a cheaper vacation closer to home. We chose a hour and a half north of Binghamton,NY. Our first night out we chose You All!! The Utica Greens were TO DIE FOR!!! The Clams Shrimp Po-Boy were also delicious. Lindsay did a great job taking care of us."
