"30 min walk from our hotel because we were craving for Japanese sushi during our 3 week Italian holiday. Service was WORST! You have to write in a piece of paper what you want! I've never had this kind of Japanese style of ordering before. Food is just ok. The server doesn't know English. Place was dead on a Thursday. It was a very quick sushi dinner for us. Ordered, ate, paid our bill and left. Not coming back to this place."

"This is the worst experience I 've had dinner so far in Florence. When we went to pay the bill, we suddenly realized that all you can eat is not including dessert. In addition, if you didn 't finish all of the dishes, they will charge additional fee for the leftover foods. We tried to argue to the store manager that all these should be mentioned when the waiter recommended us to choose. However, the attitude of that manager was incredibly rude!! He said they have mentioned the rules in the menu but I told him we don 't understand Italian and the rules are written in Italian... so I believe the waiter should remind us when we chose All you can eat . And then he said the rudest speak I 've never ever heard in my life. He pointed the customers who stood just behind us and said they are not Italian but they still pay the money! DO NOT GO THIS RESTAURANT!! BAD SERVICE AND OVERPRICED FOODS!!"
