"I visited Casa Jardin with a group of friends on Sunday night. I 've been once before and was underwhelmed but thought I 'd give it another go. Situated on a retail park in Murcia, Casa Jardin is a buffet style, all you can eat type of restaurant and the fin de semana (weekend) set price is 16€. There is a large variety of food to choose from including Spanish, Chinese and things like sushi and pizza. The salad area and the spanish food such as ensalada rusa are very nice. Unfortunately the same can 't be said for the rest of the food. The majority of the 'hot ' food isn 't so there 's a microwave to heat up your food! One of my friends had duck pancakes which she left and the pancake rolls apparently tasted off. A few of us had sweet and sour pork but the pork was mainly fat. The various fried rice and noodle dishes were bland, greasy and cold! The desserts are not too bad but like the rest of the food nothing is labelled. You can choose fresh food, such as pork, lamb, minute steak, prawns etc from a chill counter and have it cooked and brought to your table, which one friend did. That was apparently very nice, and hot, so maybe that would be a better option. The restaurant wasn 't too busy when we were there (surprisingly it does get packed) even so we had to clear our own dirty plates from the table to a nearby trolley. For the amount that we all ate 16€ is not good value for money. However, the house wines are very good and, at 8€ for a bottle of white and 7€ for a bottle of red, pretty reasonable for a restaurant. There is also the unlimited coke option if you want soft drinks. Overall, not a good dining experience and I certainly won 't be going back a third time."
