"I will never give a place a one-star rating without trying the food but this place has a funny way of serving customers. It was a busy Saturday night but the people at the toll were only paying attention to the orders coming in via Uber, Deliveroo and Takeaway, with the net result that anybody wanting to collect was being forced to wait half an hour at the least. I understand that orders must be accepted or the restaurant gets a bad mark but surely some value must be given to those that have showed up to order?"
