"After a disappointing and expensive meal in Rosses Point the previous evening we opted to go Italian in the Blue Leaf after another wonderful long day out in the air. We were hungry. While the decor is not anything to write home about the staff were lovely and extremely welcoming. I had a simple garlic prawns starter which was tasty and well presented. My wife went for lasagne and I had the spaghetti bolognaise. Both were excellent and large portions which exactly what you would wish for after a long day out and about. Good value and homely cooking all around and I could not speak highly enough about the staff. I thought I had left my glasses behind which I hadn’t and rang the restaurant that evening at 11pm not only did they check everywhere but they rang me back later to say they couldn’t find them and even sent me a photo the next morning of a another pair they had located). Way beyond the call of duty. Lovely staff and good Italian food. I would highly recommend if you are hungry and looking for a good satisfying pasta meal which is well priced."

"This is one of our favourite restaurants/Indian take aways in South Donegal. Food is exceptional, authentic Indian flavours. Their Haryali dish is awesome, a must try! They have a great selection of vegetarian dishes. Vishu Kritika served us during our recent visit, they were both courteous efficient."

"I was left feeling very dissatisfied with the whole experience, when I dined here this summer. We waited around one hour for the mains to come out and at this stage I was hangry. The restaurant was quite busy but I feel if there wasn't a problem with management things would work better. The Woman in the blue/black dress whom I can only assume is the manager is clearly incompetent at her job. When the food finally arrived the portion size was quite small! Personally I am an experienced diner and I've eaten in busy Restaurants where service on time is never an issue. We paid our bill of 100e and left and there were no hospital gestures to make us want to return here again."
