"Placed an online order said it would be delivered in 25 to 35 minutes did not show up until an hour and 12 minutes after we ordered.. After 45 minutes we called the store sat on hold for 22 minutes before the pizza was finally delivered at the door no one ever answered the phone at Pizza Hut. The pizza was bland barely had any cheese the crust was super thin and the pizza was cold."

"I should have read the reviews before ordering. Terrible. I got a text that my order was on its way. 50 minutes later when it still wasn?t here I called. Now keep in mind I live a three minute drive from the store. First person on the phone said there was a problem with the system. Then he told me that they were short on drivers, which according to the other reviews seems to be their go to BS response whenever anyone complains. So, which one was it? Obviously both realize. I had already tipped 20% online when I ordered. Huge mistake. I guess once they see the tip they don?t really care about you since they already have your money. One order finally arrived the driver, Karla, had a huge attitude and didn?t even speak English which is entirely another issue. On acceptable. This is America. Your employees need to speak English. The pizza was cold and gross. Obviously sitting in the car way too long. I will definitely never be ordering from here again and will spread the word to all my friends and family and post negative reviews everywhere I can about this location. I will be calling Papa from now on. He never disappoints"

"He made the jump from Steve's pizza to US1 and the first two experiences were great. The US1 Steve's pizza had a few not so great experiences, but I was a long time customer so had to give the other location a chance and so far they made a great pizza. Hopefully they remain consistent."

"I have seen from this Sir pizza many times my colleague's order, and they always say how great it is. Not to mention, the pizza looked delicious. I ordered from here last night and was very disappointed. The cheeky garlic bread was hard and stale as completely hard. I didn't eat any bread. We also ordered Mozzarella sticks and a big pizza. Both did not test very fresh and the cheese looked and tasted very poor quality. I never had real reviews, but unfortunately, if I contacted a business in the past, they never credited you anything. My husband and I will usually kill a whole pizza and cheese bread. Had to throw away most of the pizza, all garlic bread and half the cheese bread."
