"Not coming to the Tacoma/parkland location ever again. 4 cars I front of me and was in line over 30minutes. Absolutely ridiculous…I don’t see why there isn’t anyone outside taking orders before people pull up to the window? Or why there walk up side isn’t converted to another drive through… someone needs to fix something here."

"First I never leave bad reviews ever. At least two of the ladies working here are amazing. 12-2, 6:40 the girl working was horrible. Didn’t come to window for almost 10 minutes. Had to get out of car and knock on window. Said I thought maybe she got kidnapped and was worried because I could tell they were open. Had a $20 cash tip for her. Didn’t say nothing mean or nasty and she had a massive attitude and told me to get my coffee somewhere else. All it takes is one bad experience to drive just a bit further every time with all the coffee shops right here. I won’t be back."

"Holy Moly, the worse service I've ever experienced. At first I would like to mention that I love being a sweet patient with workers. I am a service worker himself completely understand that work is hard. I came to the customer appreciation day knew that it was a heavy day (as expected). I wanted to type because I knew it was a long day. I didn't end here?s why: The girl with the butterfly tattoos on her arms, however, was INCREDIBLY rude. not only that she kept rolling her eyes, the worst attitude, but also the fact that we were here. What kind of customer upgrade is that?? I really didn't understand it because I was honest? not rude or crunchy with what I said. We also tried to get the attention of the workers with long hair, but he looked at me and went back to COMPLETELY ignoring me. I have no hope in this place. Drive the additional 3 miles to Portland ave. the sweetest people ever compared to them. UPDATE: ALSO LOL my drink was not made right, it was a touch of orange all milk. not sweeter or nothing. I'm NIE back to this place. Bad drinks terrible service workers."
