"I was not able to order because the grill had problems (demanded), but I was told that she had to only take online orders and order them at a minimum. I asked myself to speak with a manager and the guy at the door who claimed that the security was unfounded and simply remained as he was lost. I had to eat somewhere else. there was no sign at the door, indicating that they only took online orders and I was forced to spend my money differently. this is one of the worst chipotles they have. always short staff and when they are full, they still find a way to take forever to give them their food. I'm done to spit!"

"This is the second time I got my steak fajitas and they had no seasoning. My boyfriend's carne asada tacos were the same. Super bland and hard to eat even with salsa. We went to the store and got our own taco seasoning to give it flavor. Not sure why things have changed recently but it's not been for the better."
